The Actor must fill this in before production starts when the sign other contracts that will include their wages and other requirements for them to agree. If not signed then the producers are unable to legally release the film. Actor Release form By signing this form I hereby consent that Moose Productions may record me and use my performance and may edit my likeness, image and voice. I agree that Moose Productions can use my performance for media release including but not limited to films television and advertising for releases. shot list and shoot schedule

SHOOT SCHEDULE AND SHOT LISTS  A shoot schedule is exactly what it sounds. It is a schedule for when you are shooting certain scenes and what you will need for the shoot as well as who is needed and who isn't. It is important to do this in advance in order to inform the cast and crew so that they can make sure they are available. location date Approx. time required No. of scenes Props and costumes Cast involved Additional notes Thomas’ kitchen 25/1/21 1-2hours 2 Professional shirt and tie(formal business ascetic) James Davies(JJ) These will be the scenes where Gareth Potter talks about himself and his profession whilst a voice from another room orders him around. This voice will be performed on set but may be rerecorded later and edited over the scene. Thomas’ front garden 27/1/21 1 hour 1 Professional shirt for costume and keys and folder full of work James Davies (JJ) Gareth will be introduced here and ambushed by the cameras in the scene. He will then struggle to open the...

contingency plan

contingency plan Potential problem contingency Equipment damaged or lost. If we are unable to use the equipment for example the cameras, we can use our phone cameras as a last resort. The camera quality is good enough and the microphones can even record in stereo now so we could even use them for sound if any microphones are unusable. If the equipment is damaged and its our fault we may have to pay the loaners some compensation which would be a blow to our budget. Last minute rewrites. I will most likely only rewrite the script if I already have thought of the big changes. If I have ideas for extra lines they will probably be added to the script and tried during filming after the main shooting has done for the scene. This allows me to then edit these parts out if I change my mind later. Bigger changes like new scenes set in new locations with a slightly different plot for the overall film will be considered more and the logistics of being able to make these scenes will be t...

location recce

Image
location recce This location recce is intended to assess the suitability and pros and cons of each location that will be used in production. I have done this to guarantee that I have the best location for the film that is convenient in the budget and suitable for the film. It is important that this is done as the setting for the film needs to be right for the story. I took photos around the location and then assessed the pros and cons using a table to make my final decision that this location is suitable. location pros cons suitability Good for the establishing shot. Due to the fact that it is only used for a couple of shots it wont require extensive shooting scheduling none Very suitable Good natural lighting so lighting room isn’t a necessity Small enclosed but will only need a camera and actor so not too big of a drawback. Messy so it will need to be organized. Highly suitable Plenty of room for lights and equipment, Not too many Highly su
